Single thigh/drum deboner DTD5

The Drobtech chicken thigh deboner has been specially developed for the smaller chicken processing companies. The key design features are machine safety CE and hygiene. The thigh deboner works according to the “diaphragm principle”. After the bone has been separated from the meat, the meat should be removed manually from its loading positions. The bone automatically falls down.

Machine requires only compressed air to run.

NOTE: the legs/thighs will have to have the back-piece removed so a leg of an anatomically cut thigh, not from a leg-quarter.
