MAESTRO is the abbreviation of Meyn Advanced Evisceration System for Total Release of Organs. The MEYN MAESTRO is a combined installation, which is part of the evisceration department of a poultry processing plant.
The aim of the installation is to eviscerate intestines and giblets from the birds, to show them separately to the inspector and to separate the heart and liver from the intestines.

The MAESTRO-eviscerator consists of two parts, each constructed around the well-known curve-slide block principle.
One part takes care of the eviscerating itself, the second part transfers the giblet- and intestine packs into a pan of the pan conveyor.
