Hock / Feet cutter

Operations:

The feet cutter cuts off the broiler feet from the broiler legs. The machine is placed after
the leg cutter and before the feet unloader in the killing department of the poultry
processing plant. The feet cutter is driven by the overhead conveyor. The overhead conveyor leads the
broiler legs vertically hanging from the shackles into the machine.

The feet cutter is made of stainless steel and synthetical materials that are approved
for use in the food industry.
