Gizzard harvester

Operations:

The gizzard processor is a machine to harvest clean peeled gizzards. The machine separate the gizzard from the pre-stomach of a processed poultry, clean the
gizzard and remove the horny inner skin.
The working of the machine can be divided into the following processing steps:

• Separate gizzard from the pre-stomach.
• Cut the gizzard.
• Clean the gizzard.
• Peel the inside of the gizzard to remove the inner skin.
