Eviscerator

Operations:

The birds are supplied to the machine by the overhead conveyor. The inlet guide ensure
the bird are fed correctly to the machine correctly.
The centring bracket, which is fitted with a centring pin, ensures that the bird
remains in the correct position during eviscerating.

The eviscerated package consists of the following organs:
1. Intestine
2. Gizzard
3. Lungs
4. Crop
5. Heart
6. Liver
