Baader/Linco 656 front half filleting machine

Used automatic front half breast deboner brand Baader model 656.

The Breast Deboner 656 cuts off wings (optional), removes skin, separates tenders and delivers single fillets or butterfly fillets for further processing.
The machine can be configured to process front halves without wings ranging from 500 to 2000 grams (variations +/- 300g within one mechanical and programmable setting). When processing front halves without wings weighing more than approximately 1300 grams, a different saddle size must be mounted on the machine and mechanical settings and tool programming must be adjusted.
The built-in measuring tool automatically measures each front half (either with or without wings) enabling precise cutting, high product quality and optimised yield performance.

Fillet products

The machine produces high-quality breast fillets while the yield is still optimised. Fillet products can be whole butterfly fillets or single fillets, both tender in or out. Back meat and tenderloins can be harvested separately if so desired.
